To perform translation better, project manager will frequently communicate with his customer to deeply understand his requirements without any delay. If possible, customer may provide reference materials to his project manager to ensue translation quality and save time.
Team
Project manager confirm the style of the translation project and organize a project team based on both project features and translator advantages. Proper translator for proper project is the general policy for team organization.
Quality
During the course of translation, project manager will be responsible for translation quality. Project manager will carefully review the work of each translator and give instant instructions to them. If needed, project manager will reorganize the project team to ensure the project going on wheels.
Proofreading
Project manager will arrange to proofread the translation product. When the product fully meets the customer's need, project manager will deliver it to his customer and the project is accomplished.
Feedback
After customer receives his product, he should review to check if everything is OK. In case anything was wrong, he should immediately contact his project manager to confirm and request revise until he is satisfied with the product. |
